Dr. Michelle Morkert is a global women’s leadership expert, independent scholar, author, and speaker whose work examines women, power, and leadership in spaces historically built around men.

From campaigns and public office to construction sites and corporate leadership, Michelle works with women leading in spaces that were not built with them in mind.

She helps women understand the hidden dynamics of power, gender, leadership, and organizational culture shaping how they lead and work. Her keynotes and interactive trainings combine research, practical strategy, and real-world application to help women communicate with confidence, navigate power, and lead on their own terms.

Michelle brings more than two decades of research, teaching, and global leadership experience to audiences in the U.S. and internationally. Her work draws on her forthcoming book, Deconstructing the Playbook of the Patriarchy, which makes the invisible systems shaping women’s leadership and work visible.
